This project was one of the very first entries into the Montclair luxury market and the end product resulted in buyers asking for the developer to continue building in the community! The developer received 85%/100% from BD Capital and sold the property within 8 months from acquisition.  The borrower struggled with the project when considering what to do as they wanted to keep all historical elements of the building, including the beautiful double-paneled windows. Featured project due to the detail and beautiful historical preservation.
